Lincoln Mechanical Heating and Cooling will cover all workmanship on the installation for 2 years. Your coverage will begin on the start-up date and end on the first anniversary of the start-up. Included with any new installation is a Lincoln Mechanical Preferred Customer Agreement, good for one year from start up. Any warranty on the heating or cooling unit, individual parts, and the labor to make any repairs, is provided through the manufacturer. Extended warranties, including labor warranties, are often available on new installations. Be sure to ask about extended warranties when looking into a new system. Lincoln Mechanical will be happy to review all the available options.
