I need a letter confirming that I have called and made an initial appointment at Suntrac to begin the process of substance abuse treatment. Will Suntrac provide me with that letter?
Letters confirming the client’s interaction and attendance with any Suntrac programs will only be written once the client has actually begun program. Correspondence with outside sources can only be sent with a signed release of information from the client. Suntrac will not provide letters confirming intent to begin programming with our agency.
