didnt i already try to answer this, gosh ok man if you have a 1000[phat psp’s] it doesnt have a usb charge option so since your not telling me ehat version you have, its in system settings and if it not there for your 2000 or 3000 psp it could be the firmware, so make sure your looking correctly, look in system settings and its one of the top options called usb charge set to on, now if its not there then check on the bottom of your psp where theres a barcode sticker, if you see PSP-1000 then you cant recharge it cause it doesnt have the feature
