– Check the I.C. CHIP on the CIRCUIT BOAD of the NEW TRANSMITTER to see if it HAS the same NUMBER of LEGS as your WORKING TRANSMITTER. Q: – I connected up the PARKING LIGHT wire from my Remote Starter to the PARKING LIGHT wire in the Vehicle and the Parking Lights DO NOT FLASH. A: – CHECK the MODEL NUMBER of the UNIT to see what POLARITY the PARKING LIGHT OUTPUT is in (IF UNIT HAS DIPSWITCHES CHECK THE SETTING). Then CHECK to see if it is connected to the CORRENT PARKING LIGHT in the vehicle. On some units, you may need to ADD a RELAY Part #775 DEPENDING on the PARKING LIGHT POLARITY TYPE of this VEHICLE.
