If you are an existing direct debit payer, it will be clearly printed on your form. If all the details are the same as last season and you do not wish to change anything (including home cup tickets or domestic away registration) you do not have to return the form. If you wish to change any details including names, account details, cup ticket or away registration, please return the form to the office before the closing date.
