I paid with a Discover card that Ive registered with Upromise, but my college contributions never posted and its been more than 21 days since the transaction. What happened?

Unfortunately, even though this merchant may accept Discover Cards, we are unable to reward on transactions on Discover Card’s. This is explained on the Store Info window in the Store Details tab.
