I purchased a ProSupport, Gold, or Platinum Plus contract on my PowerEdge server. How do I enroll in the OpenManage Subscription Service?
Choose the “Register” link to the left. You will need the Dell order number that the support contracts were purchased on as well as your Dell customer number. This information was included in a Subscription Service welcome letter that was mailed to the “ship to” address that your PowerEdge servers were originally delivered to. If you cannot locate this letter or do not have all of the necessary information to register please contact the OpenManage Subscription Service customer support team at 1-800-770-6499. You will need to provide your company name and Dell customer number for assistance.
