I purchased a Ringboxx but its not listed in the “Ringboxx List” on the left hand side of the application screen?

If you havent activated your Ringboxx see the installation and setup instructions. If you have already activated your Ringboxx on this same computer then the Ringboxx should be listed in the Ringboxx List. If this is not the case then contact Home Phone Tunes support team.
