I ran two tickets on one PNR, so only the name and ticket numbers are different. Do I need to enter this twice into EZAgent?

Yes, each ticket number needs to be entered into EZAgent under the correct Customer’s name. But there is a way to not have to retype all the detail to the second (and third) Customer. First, enter all the Customers into EZAgent, then enter the first Customer’s trip details. Highlight this line by clicking the small box on the left side of the line. Then click the Copy button (two pieces of paper) on the top of the screen. Now go to the next Customer’s trip. Highlight the top line by clicking the small box on the left side of the line and click the Paste (clipboard and paper) button on the top of the screen. You will then have to click OK several times and Tab through all the boxes to accept all the information on the new line. Then change the last few digits of the ticket number and you are through.
