You can eat chocolate, chocolate cake, cookies, pies and ice cream or any specific foods you want (as long as it is okay with your doctor! ) The Food Monster is a permanent weight loss program which does not utilize diet or exercise, therefore it does not recommend particular foods nor does it restrict particular foods.
