I really want as much fullness as I can possibly get in my upper buttocks. What is the best surgical technique for me?
If you have a lot of extra body fat we can borrow from the tummy, flanks, hips, low back, and inner and outer thighs, we may be able to give you a very full buttocks just using your own body fat. However, if you are in reasonably good shape, you may find that there is really not enough fat to do this with fat alone. In this case, we would need to take a look at you. We may recommend that you have buttocks implants, and then use any additional fat that is available to add additional fullness to any part of the buttocks. Since the buttocks implants add fullness primarily to the upper portion of the buttocks, you may choose to use the extra fat that is available in the midportion or to give more roundness to the buttocks. The choice is totally up to you!
