The WAP Push (service message) will be logged in the Service Inbox on your mobile phone. You may re-request the WAP link from the service message 3 times before it expires. Please refer to the manual for your phone for specific location information. Usually these reside in the Menu > Services > Service Inbox. You can also resend your polytone as a WAP like via SMS from your account. You will not have any points deducted for this. You may request the polytone a maximum of 3 times in total. Simply sign into your account, click on ‘Free Polytones’ > ‘Polytone Log’ and click ‘Resend’ on the polytone you require.
