If you are a network provider, you have signed an agreement stating you will accept the TRICARE allowable as payment in full. If the primary insurance payment is more than the TRICARE allowable, the primary insurance has satisfied the TRICARE liability. The beneficiary is not responsible for the TRICARE co-payments in these instances.
