This is reported as a problem with most camera software installations in WINDOWS computers with the exception of the KODAK DC290 and DC4800 Zoom Digital cameras. The problem occurs when drivers or programs run in the background, preventing the software from completely decompressing. The software cannot install properly unless it is completely decompressed.
