We understand that some consumers may be experiencing filming when using these new formulas. Here are some tips that can help prevent filming going forward: • Not using enough detergent in hard water area can cause hard water minerals and soils to settle back on the dishes, causing an unsightly film; • Using a rinse aid will help to rinse away food particles and residues that can cause spots on dishes; • Water temperature should be at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit (48 degrees Celsius).
