I renewed my membership a couple of weeks ago and still have not received my ID card. What is going on?

Generally, membership renewals are processed the second week of every month. Depending on when the application is received it may take three or four weeks to receive your new membership card. However, you will receive a confirmation email with temporary login credentials so you can continue to access all sections of the EAPA website.
