I requested shipping to a different address, but PayPal says that it ships to my billing address. Whats going on?

Your order will ship to the shipping address specified when going through our shopping cart. This shipping address overrides any note on PayPal’s site stating that it will ship to your billing address. Unfortunately, PayPal’s note on the shipping address is something we cannot control on our end.
