If you have reached an Agreement with your employees then you need to take the following steps to get the Agreement approved by Fair Work Australia: • Give your employees notice of their representational rights which is a form issued by Fair Work Australia. • Twenty one days after you have given the representational rights notice to all your employees you can make arrangements for them to vote on the agreement by ballot, electronically or other means. • Seven days before the voting date is called the “access period” when you must ensure that all employees are informed of the time and place for the vote and the voting method that will be used.
