It is called the “Small Business Fair Dismissal Code”. Employers with fewer than 15 employees should ensure that any dismissal is consistent with the Federal Government’s Small Business Fair Dismissal Code because such dismissals are fair under the new laws. To accompany the Code the government has issued a Checklist to assist small business employers.
