I save the installation program to my desktop and have installed the software but everytime I run the software it keeps asking for a password?
You are not using the correct shortcut to the program but are clicking on the installation program by mistake! The correct icon to click on is the ‘grey and red’ PS Energy shortcut on you desktop. NOTE. When you download a file from the Internet it is best to put it in a ‘Download’ folder rather than youre desktop or better still, just run it directly from the Internet.
