Maybe. Owners and trainers of horses being shown in the Saddlebred Division at USEF licensed competitions where all Saddlebred sections are rated “A,” must be members in good standing with the ASHA. (See SB101.3) You can look up the ratings for a particular show by going to the USEF web site at www.usef.org and running a competition search.
