I think my boyfriend has been mis sold car insurance, what are our rights?
I think my boyfriend has been mis sold car insurance. He believed he was paying £390 for a annual policy but when the documents came through, the policy is only for 10 months. There was no mention whatsoever on the phone about the length of the policy and if we had realised this was the case, we would not have purchased the policy. A supervisor was meant to call this evening but didn’t so I am planning to call tomorrow and ask that they cancel the policy at no extra cost to us as we believe it was mis sold. Has anyone else had any similar problems with UK car insurance policies and what was the end result?
