Possibly… it depends on the documented proof you can provide to NameSecure Customer Service. Thanks to the new ICANN transfer policy NameSecure can initiate a dispute with your current registrar, but will need proof from you about why you feel that your current registrar is not acting legitimately. If your domain name transfer to NameSecure fails, contact NameSecure Customer Service and ask for us to consider a dispute with the current registrar – and of course – keep all of the documented evidence proving your point that you can!
