I think the guys voices sound very similar; do they interchange who sings different parts?

Occasionally, they will switch around to accommodate a particular vocal part. Usually, however, Pat sings the high part, and Michael the low part. Kipp and Mark trade off for the middle and lead vocals, depending upon the song.
