I tried to download and install the patch and got a message which reads “Can’t create output file”. What do I do?
This is indicative of having the Monogram Wizard Plus running while you are trying to unzip the patch. Make sure that you have your Monogram Wizard Plus closed when you try to install the patch and you should be fine. If for some reason this does not work, make sure you are logged on to your computer with Administrator rights. When I click on the link to download the high speed trial version, I wait for a long time and nothing happens. First, the automatic high speed version will only work on Internet Explorer. If you are using Firefox or another internet browser, you will need to do the Dial Up version.
