No. Any time you submit a new application to OMWBE, you must provide all of the required documentation requested in the application. Important note: OMWBE does not accept incomplete application packets. If you do not answer all the application questions and attach all the required documentation, your entire application packet, including the processing fee, will not be processed and will be returned to you.
