I was issued a User ID and Password for the Members Only section of the AACN website, and now it doesn work. What happened?

If your User ID and Password were issued prior to October 2002, you may need to update your information. Please click here for detailed login information. The Login Number will be either your Customer Number or your Member Number. Your default password is the first 15 letters of your last name. If your last name includes a space, enter that space in your password. Once logged in, it is recommended that you change your password to a password of your choice. You may change your password by accessing Customer Profile.
