I was not able to come to the Walk. Can I still turn in donations and collect Fundraising Incentive Awards?

Q: Some of my donors sent in donations directly to the AIDS Walk Office. Can I get a list of people who sent checks in to sponsor me? A: No, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a list of each individual who sent in a check for you. We can, however, tell you the total amount of cash and checks that we have received in the office for you. If you would like to have a record of each person who donated to you, next year consider asking your donors to send checks to you, so that you can record the donation on your Sponsor Form, and then send them to the AIDS Walk office, clearly marked to be credited to your fundraising total.
