I was not there when the courier came. What is the quickest way to get my shipment?
If you were not in to receive your Time Definite shipment, we provide two possibilities. You can have your shipment delivered the next day to a SHELL service station of your choice or you can pick up your shipment at the nearest DHL Service Centre. Please contact our customer service via 02/715 50 50 to inform them of your choice.
