When digging in the City right-of-way, you must call Underground Service Alert (U.S.A.) at 1-800-227-2600. They will notify the appropriate utility companies who in turn will mark their facilities in the public right-of-way. You must contact U.S.A. at least two working days prior to commencing any work.
