First you would need to take the picture. You can either take it with your phone if it has a camera phone or take it with a camera and upload it to a computer/laptop. Then make sure you know where it is saved to be able to locate it. Open up your email and click the attachment button (usually looks like a paper clip) and locate the picture to attach it to the email. Make sure that the picture is fully uploaded to the email and you are ready to send.
