The ValidateDB module periodically traverses the MySQL database and removes entries where the corresponding files do not exist and displays these warning messages. These warnings can occur if IPOPP is halted and later restarted or product or ancillary files are deleted. Normally, these messages are harmless and eventually cease when ValidateDB has updated the database.
