Yes it is possible to book the room by fax. Please do the following: 1) Print out a credit card authorization form (or click here for a jpg image), completely fill it out, sign, and date it; 2) Fax us a copy of the “Authorization to charge credit card” so we can charge your card, secure you a room, and then e-mail you the confirmation and necessary information for you to do your express self-check-in.
