A. You don’t have to create one because we have created one for you. You can download the blank palette and related file by clicking on the link below. Once you download the file, locate it on your system (filename = BLANK.SEA.HQX) and use Stuffit Expander to open it. In the archive you will find two files, both of which should be placed in the Quilt Pro Palettes folder.. It will create a Quilt Pro palette file in your palette folder.
