QuickSwitch® is a program that offers new members an opportunity to make the transition from a retail pharmacy to CIGNA Tel-Drug. The associate will contact your prescriber and request a new prescription. CIGNA Tel-Drug will begin processing your order as soon as the new prescription is received.
