If 1,000,000 volts aren dangerous, how do people get electrocuted by a 110 volt house outlet?
It is because you only have ½ the information. It is impossible to discuss the “danger” of voltage without also discussing amps. Compare dropping a bowling ball 100 feet onto someone versus dropping a ping pong ball. The HEIGHT OF THE DROP can be compared to the voltage. The weight of the ball can be compared to the amps. A 110 volt house outlet has 16 amps, a Christmas tree bulb has 1.0 amp and most stun guns have 0.003 amps.
