1. Age ineligible for elderly property, except for 515/8 properties; 2. Market rent waiver for over income applicants; and 3. Occupancy waiver to allow single occupant to occupy two bedroom unit. RD 515/8 properties are not eligible for age waiver, but must request designation change.
