If a QSE only has a 10 point bid curve for its fleet of units how does ERCOT know what part of the QSEs curve is for BESCNSRS?

PRR776 requires a floor on that portion of bid curve that represents the QSE’s BESCNSRS responsibility. ERCOT will monitor whether sufficient resources are covering NSRS requirements through the QSE Resource Plan that show units flagged for NSRS.
