If a show didnt have any judge coming to see it, how can it be judged?

We ask producers of shows to give us at least two weeks notice so we can verify the eligibility and notify the judges. Very few shows in 2004 did not have the minimum of five judges. If for any reason a show was attended by at least one judge, but did not have the requisite five judges, we give producers the option to be judged by submitting a recording of the show. The judges are experienced and capable enough to know the difference between live performance and recording, and will make the necessary perceptive adjustment, seeing past both the limitations and advantages of a recording. Consequently, they make it a point not to penalise or privilege shows based on the quality of recording.
