Yes. The SLU knows how many shooters are currently shooting (because of the number of shoot cards inserted), and shares the target use between them. If a shooter leaves the station he must insert his shoot card for the SLU to update his card with his share of the targets thrown. Future targets thrown at this station will be divided between the remaining shooters.
