No, random tests are not conducted when these types of discoveries occur. This is also NOT grounds for reasonable suspicion testing of all employees at that location. The supervisor should immediately report his/her findings to the appointing authority and begin paying closer attention to his/her employees’ behavior/job performance. The appointing authority should contact the Legal or HQ HR Section for guidance on and assistance in conducting a prompt, proper investigation when such findings take place.
