If acemannan and Manapol Powder are derived from fresh aloe does the Aloe vera gel contain these products?

Fresh, unprocessed gel from the aloe leaf contains polymannans (polysaccharides, complex carbohydrates) in a range of 0.1 to 0.3% by dry weight. Manapol Powder has not been treated with enzymes and is comprised of the natural components of the leaves which includes 25% of β1,4-linked acetelated mannans as mentioned, which is the main back bone structure of the purified drug acemannan. If not processed via the Carrington patented procedure, fresh, unprocessed gel is not stable and an enzyme which naturally occurs in the aloe will destroy and convert all polymannans (β1,4-linked acetylated mannans) into simple sugars. Remember, processed aloe gels are enzyme or heat treated which destroys the natural polysaccharides (complex carbohydrates) present in the fresh unprocessed gel from the leaf.
