If an applicant has attempted certification process and for some reason, cannot proceed, how can a refund be issued?
• Applicants will have to make a request for a refund in writing. The request will go to the finance division and a refund will be issued in accordance with that divisions’ policy. The applicant will have to pay fees in accordance with Chapter 50 Rules if the applicant decides to apply at a later date.
