If an employee was rated Below Contributor in October 2001, and then was re-evaluated 3 months later as Contributor, is the employee eligible for the bonus payment or bonus leave?
The employee will show up as Below Contributor on the DHRM batch file. The agency will need to correct the rating from Below Contributor to Contributor on the batch file in order for the employee to get the bonus payment or bonus leave. The agency should complete a newevaluation to confirm that the employee’s performance is still at the Contributor level.
