If client dictates multiple dictations in a single file, can we make duplicate copies of the voice files in order to upload one document per file?

IScribe provides a “Sub Job” feature for multiple dictations in a single file. After transcribing one job, click on the “Sub Job” option before saving, and then it automatically opens a new document with the same audio file to continue onto the next dictation.
