If FPCP funding is needed for a piece of a large project, should the entire project be described, or a “stand-alone” portion for which a significant share of the funds will come from the FPCP?

Response: Either is acceptable. However, if the other funding sources are committed for the larger project, there would be leveraging credit awarded for the larger project that might make the application more competitive than the smaller project would be.
