If Holistic Medicine works, why doesn't the mainstream (FDA, AMA, Hospitals)accept it?

Change occurs slowly in government and in large institutions. Those in power are never quick to give it up. To fully embrace Holistic medicine would mean decreased revenue to the pharmaceutical industry and to the present medical hospital and insurance establishments. Change is currently being driven by consumer demand, and will happen as a result of political mandate by the people. At present, only a small fraction of Americans recognize that the system is profit driven and better options are available.  more
