An individual who is not a Westchester County government employee may file a harassment or discrimination complaint with the Westchester County Human Rights Commission, 112 East Post Road, 3rd Floor, White Plains, New York 10601 (914)995-7710. In some cases you may be referred to other local human rights agencies to file a complaint. The Westchester County Human Rights Commission office will handle the complaint or make sure you receive timely and confidential assistance.
