The program coordinator will assess your professional circumstances to approve a field placement in your current position. You must have state approval to teach in your position, as well as approval from your building principal to fulfill your student teaching or practica requirements in your current position. Additionally, you will need to identify a faculty member who is endorsed in special education to serve as your cooperating teacher. All field placements must be approved by the program coordinator.
