If I buy a GiftCard online and want to collect it from a Bluewater Concierge desk, is a friend or relative able to collect the GiftCard on my behalf?

There are 2 ways that this can be done: 1) You can complete the ‘second address details’ section of the ‘Order Online’ GiftCard form with the details of the person who will be collecting the GiftCard on your behalf or; 2) Email your request directly to Laura Carr in the Bluewater GiftCard team on laura.carr@vitalendlease.com and she will manually attach the email to your GiftCard as authorization. The person collecting the GiftCard on your behalf will need to provide ID in the form of a Driving License or Passport that he/she will need to present upon collection of the Giftcard.
